    PMP® Eligibility Requirements

    Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility pathways:

    Option 1:

    • Secondary degree (High school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent)

    • 7,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects

    • 35 hours of formal project management education

    OR

    Option 2:

    • Four-year bachelor’s degree or global equivalent

    • 4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects

    • 35 hours of formal project management education

    Learning Outcomes

    Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

    • Identify and explain all key project management knowledge areas and process groups

    • Develop a clear and comprehensive project scope statement

    • Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for effective project planning

    • Determine and allocate the human resources required for project execution

    • Estimate activity durations and construct project schedules and network diagrams

    • Conduct thorough project risk identification and assessment

    • Effectively monitor, control, and formally close projects in line with best practices

    Certifications

    Upon successful completion of the course, candidates may optionally apply for two certifications (Level 1 & Level 2) and become eligible to proceed with the PMI® PMP® examination after earning the required 35 PDUs.
