PMP® Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility pathways:
Option 1:
Secondary degree (High school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent)
7,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects
35 hours of formal project management education
OR
Option 2:
Four-year bachelor’s degree or global equivalent
4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects
35 hours of formal project management education

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
Identify and explain all key project management knowledge areas and process groups
Develop a clear and comprehensive project scope statement
Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for effective project planning
Determine and allocate the human resources required for project execution
Estimate activity durations and construct project schedules and network diagrams
Conduct thorough project risk identification and assessment
Effectively monitor, control, and formally close projects in line with best practices
Certifications
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates may optionally apply for two certifications (Level 1 & Level 2) and become eligible to proceed with the PMI® PMP® examination after earning the required 35 PDUs.
